Step-by-Step Verification Process

Log In to Your Vungani Account
Head to vungani.com/login and access your dashboard. -
Access Your Organisation Profile
From the main menu or dashboard, click on your organisation’s name to view its profile page. -
Navigate to the Verification Section
Look for the "Verification" or "KYC & Compliance" tab inside your organisation's profile. -
Upload Required Documents
Upload clear copies of the following:-
Organisation Documents

Registration Certificate
-
Tax Document (if applicable)

Key Individuals (e.g., Directors, Trustees)

Valid ID (national ID or passport)

Proof of Address (utility bill or official letter)

⚠️ You must upload at least one valid document to proceed. File formats accepted: JPG, PNG, PDF (max 2MB).

When your documents are approved:
